Simple Mini Quiche

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

Cut or trim bread into circles and place them in the bottom of the muffin tins. Evenly distribute the chopped onion and shredded cheese among the cups.

In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, mustard, and pepper. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tins.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a quiche comes out clean.
