Simple Roasted Broccoli

Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Separate the broccoli florets from the stalk. Peel the stalk and cut it into 1/4-inch slices. Toss both the florets and sliced stems with olive oil in a bowl, then spread them on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven until it becomes tender and lightly golden, approximately 18 to 20 minutes.
