¾ teaspoon white sugar

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

12 ounces spaghetti

Prepare all ingredients before starting.

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble the ground beef, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat and discard.
