Simple Two-Ingredient Pulled Pork

1 (2 1/2 pound) boneless pork loin roast

1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce (such as Dinosaur®)

8 large sandwich buns, split
Cooking Instructions

Place the pork in the slow cooker and add enough water to cover the bottom.

Cook on Low for 7 hours. Once done, remove the pork and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix in the barbecue sauce. Let it cook on Low for an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serve by spooning the pulled pork generously onto rolls.
