Instructions

Preheat the outdoor rotisserie grill to medium heat.

In a small bowl, combine paprika, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.

Score the roast on all sides and stuff the slits with garlic. Rub the spice mix evenly over the entire roast.

Place the roast on the rotisserie and cook until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 145°F (63°C), about 2 to 5 hours. Let rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
