In a large non-reactive bowl, mix soy sauce and minced garlic. Add chicken and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grill grates.

Grill the chicken until it is fully cooked through, turning once. The internal temperature should reach at least 165°F (74°C) and the juices should run clear, typically 10 to 15 minutes per side. Discard any remaining marinade.
