Spiced Pork Chops

4 tablespoons minced garlic

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

½ cup water, divided

2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced
Cooking Instructions

In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture and minced garlic generously over both sides of the pork chops.

In a skillet, mix Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup of water over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 10 minutes.

Flip the pork chops. Add sliced mushrooms, onions, and the remaining 1/4 cup of water. Continue cooking until the pork is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C), about 10 minutes more.
