1 pound lean ground beef

1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

½ (14.5 ounce) package nacho-flavor tortilla chips

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

½ (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained

½ cup ranch-style salad dressing

1 chopped tomato

1 cup chopped lettuce

¼ cup chopped green onion
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, stirring and breaking it apart until fully browned. Drain the excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning. Let it cool down.

Break the chips into smaller, bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add the seasoned beef, shredded cheese, beans, diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, and sliced green onions.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss everything together to coat evenly.
