Step-by-Step Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line two 10x15-inch baking sheets with aluminum foil.

Peel and devein the shrimp, keeping the tails on if you prefer. Rinse and pat the shrimp dry.

In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with pineapple, bell peppers, red onion, jalapeño, olive oil, and jerk seasoning. Split the mixture evenly between the prepared baking sheets.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the shrimp are fully cooked and opaque.
