Instructions

Place the carrots in a shallow pan, adding enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook until the carrots are tender, about 4 to 8 minutes. Drain and return the carrots to the pan.

Pour the orange juice over the carrots and stir well. Let the mixture simmer on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Add brown sugar, butter, and a pinch of salt, and cook until the sugar and butter have fully melted and the glaze thickens.
