Cooking Instructions

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook, turning once, until browned on both sides.

Pour in the white wine, then season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic. Let simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until the pork chops are tender. Transfer the chops to plates and spoon the sauce over them before serving.
