2 pounds filet mignon, cubed

1 bunch green onions, chopped
Instructions

In a shallow dish, combine soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to create the marinade. Add the beef and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until fully cooked.

Transfer the marinade to a medium saucepan, bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cooked beef, green onions, and wine to the boiling marinade. Pour the entire mixture into a large bowl and serve hot.
