In a large glass or ceramic bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder. Add the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight to marinate.

Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade.

Grill the chicken on the preheated grill, cooking for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear. The internal temperature should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
