1 (.75 ounce) packet dry brown gravy mix
Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped onion, bell pepper, bread crumbs, hot sauce, egg, salt, and pepper. Add the ground beef and mix until fully combined. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and sprinkle the gravy mix over the top.

Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven until golden brown on the outside and no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. The internal temperature should reach at least 160°F (70°C) when measured with an instant-read thermometer. Once baked, let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before serving.
