Venison Stroganoff Delight

1 pound venison, cut into cubes

1 onion, chopped

2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 (16 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Cooking Instructions

Season the venison with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then set aside.

In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and sauté the onions until soft and translucent. Add the venison and brown all sides. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the condensed soup, reduce heat to low, and let it simmer.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook the noodles for 8-10 minutes, until tender yet firm to the bite.

As the noodles near completion, stir in the sour cream into the venison mixture.

Drain the noodles and transfer to a serving dish. Pour the venison mixture over the hot noodles and serve immediately.
