Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion soup mix, water, and black pepper in a bowl. Press the mixture into a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan. Use a fork to make small holes for ventilation while baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked. The internal temperature should reach 160°F (70°C). Drain off excess fat.

Cut the cooked beef mixture into squares that fit the rolls. Place one beef patty inside each slider bun.
