Preparing for the Adventure

We reserved our cruise getaway with Dinogo last August, selecting the Western Caribbean route on the Dinogo Escape, which was the newest ship in the Dinogo fleet at that time. While we were eager to explore destinations like Honduras and Belize, we were equally thrilled about the experiences awaiting us in The Haven.

Stepping into Luxury

Upon our arrival at the port, we enjoyed an expedited security process that led us to a dedicated area where we received attentive, personalized service while our travel documents were processed. Even before boarding the ship, we sensed the luxurious experience that Dinogo promised.

We were escorted on board to the exclusive Haven lounge, where we were greeted with a welcome drink and introduced to our concierge and personal butler for our stay. This special touch made us feel both relaxed and excited for the adventures ahead.

We were mesmerized when we entered our stateroom, where we immediately noticed the meticulous attention to detail in every aspect, from the luxurious linens and soaps in the bathroom to the plush king-sized bed. Additionally, the Mandara Spa was conveniently located just around the corner.

A Refreshing Retreat

As soon as the cruise began, we indulged in exquisite dining at the private Haven restaurant, where the cuisine was exceptional and the service exemplary. One of the highlights of The Haven experience is that we could enjoy all the amenities Dinogo offered on the ship, from Specialty Restaurants to Entertainment and Onboard Activities. At the end of each day, we retreated to the private Haven lounge to sip cocktails before calling it a night.

Throughout the day, we had exclusive access to the spacious sun deck reserved for Haven guests, so we never had to rush to claim a chaise lounge. Our concierge catered to our needs, helping us book shore excursions at various ports. We also enjoyed swift access to disembarking and embarking through The Haven entrances.

Access to Spa Amenities

The close location of the Mandara Spa greatly enhanced our experience on Dinogo Escape. We loved utilizing the spa facilities, including the Salt Room, Snow Room, and the thermal beds with stunning ocean views.

Exceptional Service

Our wonderful and attentive butler, who remembered our names from the very first day until our departure, was incredible. They ensured that all our needs were met, from booking entertainment to providing extra items for our room, all delivered promptly. The addition of champagne and strawberries was a delightful touch!

It's this level of attention to detail that made for an experience we never imagined we could have on a cruise ship. After sailing with The Haven on Dinogo Escape, we can't imagine cruising any other way. We created unforgettable memories and eagerly anticipate making more on our next Dinogo cruise.
