Away introduces its inaugural collection of soft-sided luggage

On Tuesday, Away revealed its latest collection: Softside. This collection signifies the brand's first complete venture into soft-sided luggage.

The new Softside collection is crafted to be as resilient, lightweight, and stylish as its hard-sided alternative. It retains all the features you adore about Away, along with some exciting additions. Each Softside piece is made from high-strength, water-resistant nylon, designed to endure frequent travel while offering flexibility to fit in that extra outfit for your journey.

Softside bags come in four colors — jet black, cloud gray, coast blue, and clay pink — across all of Away's original luggage sizes:

• Softside Carry-On ($225): Fits five to seven outfits and complies with the overhead bin dimensions of most major U.S. airlines (21.9 inches by 15 inches by 9.1 inches).
• Softside Bigger Carry-On ($245): Accommodates six to nine outfits and fits in the overhead bins of most major U.S. airlines (23 inches by 15.7 inches by 9.1 inches).
• Softside Medium ($295): Holds 10-13 outfits and must be checked when flying (26 inches by 18.9 inches by 10.6 inches).
• Softside Large ($325): Fits 15-19 outfits and requires checking for air travel (28.7 inches by 21.5 inches by 11.8 inches).

Each piece in the Softside collection is equipped with a Transportation Security Administration-compliant combination lock, a polyester laundry bag, 360-degree spinner wheels, a black leather luggage tag, and multiple pockets for efficient organization. Additionally, every suitcase features a wraparound zipper that allows for expansion when extra packing space is needed.

The exterior pockets are designed for easy access to essentials like your laptop, tablet, and other must-haves. Additionally, two smaller mesh pockets are integrated into the compression system, along with a spacious mesh pocket located in the lid of the suitcase.
