Dubai Debuts the World's Highest Infinity Pool with Breathtaking City Views

There's a new way to enjoy the water in Dubai. The Address Beach Resort features the tallest outdoor infinity pool in a building, soaring to 964.2 feet, as reported by Guinness World Records last month.

Perched on the 77th floor of the hotel, this expansive pool measures approximately 311 feet in length and 54 feet in width—nearly twice the size of an Olympic swimming pool.

From this observation point, which CNN highlights as nearly ninety percent the height of the Eiffel Tower, visitors can take in expansive views of the city, featuring the renowned Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, and the World Islands, alongside another record-holder, the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel, the tallest in the world.

Mark Kirby from Emaar, the resort's parent company, stated, "We are incredibly honored to receive this recognition. The Guinness World Records titles elevate Address Hotels and Resorts to the pinnacle of luxury, making it a must-visit for travelers."

The infinity pool is just one of several pools at Address Beach Resort, which also includes an adults-only pool, a family pool, and a children's splash pad. While all hotel guests can use these facilities, the infinity pool is reserved for those 21 and older, as reported by CNN. Nearby on the 77th floor is Zeta Seventy Seven, an Asian fusion restaurant offering similar breathtaking views.

This stunning feature is just one of the Guinness World Records held by the hotel. The resort comprises a 77-story twin tower, where the two structures are connected from the first to the 13th floors and again via a skybridge spanning from the 63rd to the 77th floors, which boasts the title of the highest occupiable skybridge at a height of 965.7 feet.

The Address Beach Resort made its debut in December 2020, featuring 217 guest rooms and suites, in addition to 443 furnished residences and 478 unfurnished ones.

In a related note, another record-breaking pool is set to open in London later this month. As reported by CNN, this clear-bottomed pool, suspended 115 feet above the ground at the Embassy Gardens, will become the world's largest freestanding acrylic pool structure upon its opening on May 19.
