Experience an Overnight Stay at Ted Lasso’s Beloved Pub—Here’s How

If you share Dani Rojas's belief that “FOOTBALL IS LIFE” and are excited for the third season of Ted Lasso (premiering March 15), Airbnb has just the experience for you.

To commemorate the return of the popular Apple TV+ series after a nearly two-year break, the home rental platform has partnered with Ted Lasso to offer fans an extraordinary immersive experience at the Crown & Anchor pub (known as the Prince’s Head in reality). Starting March 21, Airbnb will open bookings for three one-night stays at the pub, available on October 23, 24, and 25, 2023. Those lucky enough to secure a stay can bring along up to three friends.

The iconic English pub features prominently in most episodes as a social hub for the football players and coaches (just down the street from Ted’s apartment), sports enthusiasts, and locals. Like the characters in the show, guests can enjoy their evening by playing darts, belting out karaoke, aiming for high scores on the pinball machine, engaging in chess matches, or having deep discussions about life over a pint at Ted’s favorite corner table.

The cost for each stay is £11 (approximately US$13), reflecting the number of players on the field for each team. This rate also includes dinner from the Prince’s Head and AFC Richmond merchandise for guests to wear in support of real-life local teams. Guests can also enjoy Ted’s famous “biscuits with the boss,” accompanied by what he humorously refers to as “hot brown water,” “garbage,” or “pigeon’s sweat” (which is tea).

Guests can dream of Premier League triumph in two bedrooms located next to the bar (one featuring a queen bed and the other with two double beds).

Bookings for the three individual nights at the Crown & Anchor Airbnb in October will be available starting on Tuesday, March 21, at 1 p.m. ET at airbnb.com/tedlasso. These stays are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The fortunate sports fans who manage to secure one of the limited spots will need to arrange their own transportation to and from Richmond, which is roughly a 40-minute tube journey west from Victoria Station in central London.
