Norwegian Cruise Line is set to unveil a brand-new ship in 2026, featuring an innovative hybrid waterslide and roller coaster.
In 2026, Norwegian Cruise Line will launch the new Norwegian Luna, equipped with an exhilarating hybrid roller coaster and water slide combination, alongside a digital sports complex and additional features.
The ship, accommodating 3,550 guests, will operate roundtrips from Miami starting April 4, 2026, as announced by Norwegian to Dinogo. The Norwegian Luna will be 10 percent larger than the cruise line's other Prima Class ships, Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva, and will serve as a twin vessel to the upcoming Norwegian Aqua, expected to be delivered next year.
“The introduction of Norwegian Luna highlights our commitment to enhancing guest experiences with a brand-new ship that boasts the latest innovations, sailing to the stunning tropical locales of the Caribbean,” stated David J. Herrera, president of Norwegian Cruise Line. “It’s essential to offer our guests more sights, activities, and enjoyment on board, ultimately enriching their cruise vacation.”
