This revived cruise line has unveiled details about two brand-new luxury ships.

Luxury cruise brand Crystal is poised to double its ocean fleet by introducing two new vessels, each capable of accommodating 690 passengers, with the first set to launch in 2028.
Details about the two new 61,800-ton ships have emerged following a collaboration announcement with Fincantieri, the Italian shipbuilder responsible for their construction. Each vessel will feature all-suite accommodations, including cabins for solo travelers, and will boast expansive promenades reminiscent of those on Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity, alongside the renowned Umi Uma restaurant by Nobu and lavish casino spaces.
The ships will prioritize health and wellness, featuring extensive spas with a variety of treatment options and spacious fitness centers.
Additionally, both ships will offer dedicated areas for children, complete with activities tailored to different age groups.
In a press release dated June 27, the cruise line announced that the interiors of the ships will showcase "the finest marbles, Italian textiles, and natural materials," ensuring passengers experience the ambiance of a luxurious private residence.
"Our goal is to redefine cruising standards by providing our guests with unparalleled service and elegance," stated Cristina Levis, CEO of A&K Travel Group. "These new vessels will receive the same meticulous care that I devote to my own home."
In 2022, A&K Travel Group acquired the intellectual property of Crystal Cruises along with two of its ships after the closure of its parent company, Genting, due to the impacts of COVID-19. The line has since rebranded simply as Crystal and completed significant renovations on its ships prior to resuming operations in 2023.
Looking ahead, Crystal intends to build two expedition-style vessels and has the option for a third ocean ship, which is expected to launch in 2032. The specific debut date for the line's second new build has yet to be announced.
