Very rude staff. i lost the key to my room and agreed to the payment of 1000 Baht, after the payment the owner then said that the payment is actually 1700 baht. They then called the police on me where the police agreed the owner was wrong and told the lady off. i would not recommend going to such place with greedy owners. The house keeper did a horrible job cleaning the rooms as we found dead bugs under the desk and very dusty table/ surfaces. The pool is not filtered with dead bugs.

Stayed on Sunday 2 July 2023 in the evening. The receptionist is very good. There is a swimming pool, slide, clean rooms, hot and cold water, TV, refrigerator, 2 bottles of water, no kettle, tea, coffee, no hair dryer. no breakfast There is very little parking, must park behind the hotel. The alley is quite narrow. But if it's not a big deal, it's considered very good, especially the location near the beach.

I would have given 4/5 stars but the fire exits are blocked and used as storage for mattresses which of course are flammable and give of a toxic gas. This is unacceptable! Agoda should not be offering this hotel. Good value for money , the staff are great helpful and friendly. Rooms dated but clean. Shower great .

Very nice,small and friendly hotel in the city of hua hin.Close to the beach and night life.If you have room to the street,Iris pub below can be desturbing.Small swimmingpool,we did not use it because the beach is so near.
