Went to stay on 10 Nov 2023. Room price 550฿. Air conditioned room with heater. There is a refrigerator and 2 bottles of water. The room is spacious with a back balcony, a wide bathroom, strong water flow, and there's definitely enough parking. The female employees provide good service and speak well. Next to the hotel there is a 7-Eleven and a flea market for us. This place is very good. I like it. Very worthwhile 🧡

For the price, the location is unbeatable. Dinosaur Nighy Market, Pharmacy, 7 Eleven, Otteri Wash and Dry all directly around the location. Everything you could need. Staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks/understand English across the board quite well. Pool is always clean. Regular rooms may be a bit small but with a barrier for the shower that can easily be overlooked, and they also have suites available for a reasonable price if you want the space. Nowhere else in Hua Hin to stay really.

Affordable price, like the cute and compact swimming pool and close to 7-Eleven, Mr. D.I.Y., Dinosaur New Market. But the room is starting to get old. The wall next to the bathroom was so damp that there was mold. And the stairs up to the room are very steep. You have to be careful of falling down the stairs while walking down.

We heard people talking about us asking for towels (or were said to be gossiping about customers), which is very bad and not impressive at all. The stairs are small and narrow. The room is not soundproof.The spring bed frequently collapses at the seating point.But it's clean and the price is appropriate for the room.The employees didn't seem too interested. Waited to check in but went to serve other people while we were checking in. Check-in took a long time, waiting to write information even though I booked on Agoda. It's already complete information.There is a 7-Eleven nearby, walk 50 meters. There is a coin-operated laundry next door.

OK, let's be fair and honest. You're looking at this because of the price and location. I agree the photos are lovely, but lack a little reality. I have only had one room. I had expected the small dining dining table that I could work from, but this was not included with my room. So, my room, is extremely basic, but do not be put off. For me, I have been travelling everyday to meet family and go on wonderful trips and to come back to my huge, comfortable, clean bed, with great air-con, has been an absolute joy.I could not use this room to rest and relax all day, but as a clean haven each night, it's great.The staff are lovely, so really polite.Only a few minutes Grab (Uber style taxi) to Hua Hin and the Beach.If you're on a budget and just want to spend your days exploring Hua Hin and further afield, then this place is absolutely fine.
