We had a reasonable 5 nights stay. It wasn’t in the best location or so. We booked it at the last minute so it was about €17 per night.7 eleven about 5 minutes walk.They offer laundry services for 50B per 1 Kg which is more than fair. We used it and the clothes came back clean and fresh.They do printing service which we used as well. 20B per page.They rent scooters from 250B per day, but we found that next door restaurant rent them starting from 180B.Overall 3+ stay. Nothing special.

Its ok but very close to the main road, which means you will be hearing all the cars, motorcycles, tuktuks, people.
And on a weekend traffic never stops :(

If you want a romantic bungalow don't go here. Take a bungalow with AC otherwise you will be entitled to the sauna night and day. I left early so unbearable without telling about the incivility of the other customers who at 6am think they are alone in the world. Too bad otherwise well located place and very serious owner.

The "cottage" is a small, ridiculously basic shack with a springy mattress on the floor. The towels provided are some sort of old cloth. Outside there are unlockable toilets and a cold water shower, both shared with 4 other shacks. There's a constant bad odor, maybe from a nearby swamp or something.After one night I added 50% extra to the room price and upgraded to the bungalow, which is bigger and much nicer, but still doesn't provide sufficient value for money.The staff was kind and friendly.

I find it very difficult to only give three stars. The service team was incredibly nice and helpful. The towels and the decoration in the room with fresh flowers were also really cute. There was even a coconut at the reception. I booked for 4 nights but only stayed one. I immediately had trouble with the shower. This was not separated in any way, was located about 50 cm next to the toilet and only has a very small drain grate in the corner of the bathroom. But after the night was really loud (despite ear plugs and noise-canceling headphones) I checked out early.If you are aware of the volume (according to teotz earplugs) and never have problems with noise while sleeping, then you can definitely book it. From the outside the atmosphere is very sweet.
