A small, charming, well-maintained establishment, a 3-minute walk from Long beachThe owner of the place is very welcoming and gives good advice.The yellow watermelon smoothie is delicious.And what about savory or sweet crepes...a treat 😋Not greasy and very generous.A nice stop 🙏

Wonderful stay. Both the manager and all the staff are very attentive. The place is well cleaned. The beds are very comfortable. The complete breakfast. It is very close to the beach. I really loved everything.

I had booked for 5 nights and then extended it for another 5 nights. The owner and all the employees were very friendly. I really felt very comfortable. The room was beautiful, quiet and clean.

Had a great stay here to start off our stay on the island, The staff are really friendly. The bed was really comfortable. Lots of mosquito but that's the nature of the area at this time of the year I guess. Would certainly return and recommend to everyone. Thanks for a great stay.Also plenty of food options around.

Not the fanciest accomodation on the Island but the best we experienced. Stayed in two other more expensive places that do not compare to the care, attention and kindness shown my George and his staff at the Blue Gecko. George welcomed up with a mango smoothie and a smile. He gave us crepes free of charge as well as anything else we needed. His other staff were exceptional too! Great location close to the beach, beach bars and good restaurants near by. If we are in Lanta again Blue Gecko is where we will stay.

The staff were amazing after our group got food poisoning and had to miss our transfer. The hotel organised us another transfer and did everything they could to help. Lovely little hotel in a good location for a great price

Superb stay in this hotel, where the staff are adorable, attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped. You can rent scooters there and have pancakes as good as in France 😊

AMAZING IN EVERY WAY! The owner George is one of the kindest people I have ever met and provides the best service. I have been travelling for 5 months and he is definitely the kindest host of any hotel/hostel I have stayed in so far. The other staff are also incredibly kind.The rooms and bathrooms are very clean.The beds are very comfortable. They also offer free water and great breakfast.Next time I come back to Koh Lanta I will 100% be staying that the Blue Gecko.I will also recommend it to everyone I meet and all my friends.11/10! IT IS AMAZING!!!

We stayed in one of the superior bungalows which was spacious and comfortable. The Blue Gecko staff was super friendly and caring and the location of the bungalows is only a short walk to the very nice Long Beach with plenty of good restaurants.

Price vs value is not that great. Not sure why the reviews are so high. Room is too simple, bathroom is too small, ac doesn't work that well, windows and doors has cracks where geckos come in. Close to good restaurants.

The blue gecko was an incredible stay, George, and Moon, and the rest of the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. It is literally a three minute walk to the beach!There’s lots of great restaurants around the area, but you will find yourself spending most of your time on the beach and the restaurants on the beach.Air-conditioned rooms and water bottles in the fridge for the people staying there! The outdoor area is great and the crepes were delicious!Definitely give this place a try!

Rooms are basic however, the staff are great and the room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels.Nice quiet area so it’s very peaceful and only a 5 min walk to the nearest beach.

We stayed four nights at Blue Gecko and are really super satisfied with the accommodation. Incredibly good service, really nice staff and only a few minutes to long beach. The only minus is that the beds are a bit hard, otherwise I have nothing to complain about. Recommended!
