This is a very new and clean hotel. The scenery is also great and very quiet. You can see the sea when you open the curtains. I highly recommend it!

Rooms are very big, clean and modern with fridge, good aircon and WiFi. Great sunset views from the bal ony.The pool is stunning and during my stay I was the only person using it. Location just off the main road albeit up hill but if you have transport then not an issue. I left my car there and rented a bike from the company promoted by the hotel reception, they delivered it within 15 minutes. Honda ADV in good condition, 600 baht a day.

We booked a room in the app, the manager confirmed the reservation via correspondence. We arrive with a child tired from the road - after half an hour of waiting for at least someone at the reception, we find out that our room was given to others, they offered a room 3 times smaller for the same money. Disgusting attitude. I do not advise

Aranya, means “deserted forest”, “Having gone to a place where there are no people, a beautiful deserted forest or a secluded part of the house at night or wherever (else) one pleases”.The boss named it “Aranya”, because he found a place which is isolated from bustling lives and noises. That’s why he moved there and opened this hotel.As its name indicates, it is indeed a beautiful and quiet place with beautiful sea view. It is a very good resort place to enjoy solitude. If you like being quiet like me, then you choose this place.The hotel makes you feel at home with good service and warm-hearted people. The rooms are huge and comfortable. I stayed there for 8 days and didn’t want to leave.

Overall disappointing. The only positive thing is that there are nice restaurants within walking distance.Check-in is bad. We arrived from a long journey and there was no one there. Apparently that was standard. After an hour the co-owner came who did not speak English and had to send for his brother. We were given the wrong small room and our room still needed to be cleaned. You cannot clean 100m2 in 1 hour. Kids were in bed at 11pm. The misery was not over. I had to kill 2 large cockroaches (then I don't sleep peacefully, because then there are more of them), brown blubber came out of the tap, it was not clean, the swimming pool is dangerous for children, the apartment is not cozy. Then I haven't had everything yet. Far too expensive at 125 euros per night. Owner stood his ground and referred me to the police if I disagreed. We have rebooked to something else.

Aranya resort, I have a nice time and the Aranya is very clean and very friendly of the people who are working here and I really want to say thank you so much and specialty to Mr Singto and I am very grateful to have such a wonderful time at Aranya even for a few days and I love to say, you are a great person and I am so glad to to meet you guy and I have to say that you are a wonderful person.you have the best spot in Lanta for staying with a beautiful garden and swimming pool and friendly staff,a great place to stay on koh Lanta with a nice view,clean, great food, friendly, private and spacious services, and I have to say thank you so much again,Aranya Resort Koh Lanta

Great host and staff.|We visited as a family with 2 young children (3 years and 8 months). It is just off the main road which requires walking down a dirt track but the owner said they expect to pave the road soon.|Great pool and good sized rooms!

No cleaning for 4 days, dirty and scrubby. No water or coffe refilled as we were told that was included every day. Stinch of mowl. Talked to the boss for the hotel and he said he was going to fix it, nothing happened. My advice....Stay out of here.

Arrived around the beginning of the year and couldn't contact the hotel - waited for 30 mins no help. No staff on site. The lobby looked like a party that has been uncleaned.
