The hotel is really very top. I can partially understand some of the reviews. This is probably a new building. The room and bathroom are highly modern and relatively new. The location is great and the reception does everything to make someone happy. No hotel has been able to beat the view. Normally this would be a 5 star rating, but I noticed two things that brought the rating down to 4 stars. The pool is very small and also getting old.1. The rooms are not sufficiently cooled. I was sweating profusely at night. This is because the entrance door is leaking and the air conditioning is small. On the edges of the entrance door you can see what brings heat, insects and geckos into the room. So the heat in the room was unbearable even though the air conditioning ran for 3 days!2. We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were really cleaned very well - every day. But what is a minus point is that the towels were never changed. We've always had the same towels since day 1 and I didn't like that.A request to the hotel: please check the entrance door and the air conditioning and please change the guests' towels every day after each cleaning. Otherwise everything was great 👍

Amazing room! It’s modern, well decorated and clean. It’s right on the beach, which is less touristy and quite peaceful (at end of March at least); the sunsets are beautiful. The staff are nice and friendly - if you need new towels, just ask. Would definitely stay again and for longer than 4 days. There is an excellent massage place right next door - marginally pricier but worth it.

The room is nice. Fridge works well. And you are provided with 2 bottles of water daily which is very nice.However basic facilities. No hand soap. Did have shower gel shampoo/conditioner which was nice. For the money other hotels provide better facilities. They should provide beach towels which has been standard when I have stayed at beach front places.Cleaning and towel change was poor. They didn’t mop the floors and over the 5 days I was there ants were becoming a problem. Also on some days they didn’t leave a toilet role.The outside beach terrace has no maintenance and lets this place down. I arrived to bottle caps and cigarette nubs as stepped down to the beach. This area could be so much more with a little effort, especially as the rooms are directly on the beach.The walkway at the side of the building leading to the beach had trash beer cans/bottles. This should have been removed by cleaning in my view.The manager was really nice and responsive when I had an issue.The beach is ok and I enjoyed swimming in the sea.Plenty of places to eat locally.

We spent 4 nights in this heavenly hotel. The manager is adorable, always available to help us.The room is incredible, very clean, very well decorated and with an incredible location. The sunsets in front of the room are spectacular.As a bonus, two photos printed of the sunsets by our hosts as a parting gift.

New rooms on Koh Lanta with sea view. When you open the door, you can see the sea next to the beach.The accommodation is very beautiful, clean, peaceful, good service, the owner is lovely.Very good recommendation.Suitable for relaxing.Before going out, pick up the picture label as well. I'm really excited. I got 2 pictures. I'll keep collecting them until they're all on the wall like in the room.Will go back again. Highly recommended.
