Small, somewhat family-looking hotel complex on a beautiful beach, which has some rocks in front of the hotel that only become visible at low tide. Friendly, not very involved reception staff - the cleaning ladies and beach bar staff are great. Furnishings are quite run down, sanitary equipment is partly defective, repairs cannot or cannot be carried out. Food very simple to unimaginative; so it's better to go to the nearby restaurants. There are no loungers or umbrellas on the beach as is usual in all the surrounding hotels, which is only suitable for those in the blazing sun - especially since the hotel complex has hardly any shade. We have not heard of any loan options. Despite the quiet, relaxing atmosphere, the prices are much, much too high due to the numerous small negative points. All beach hotels in the area have a significantly higher standard and the same prices.

Small hotel, not many rooms, parking opposite the hotel, hotel next to the beach. A swimming pool and breakfast room are available. During high season nearby the hotel has a restaurant and bar. Cooking is not allowed at the hotel. Inside the accommodations, the rooms are very spacious and convenient for travel.

Perfect location on a gorgeous beach. Staff are friendly and offer lots of great advice regarding local bars and restaurants. Comfortable bed , loved the pillows and with immaculate bedding. |Breakfast was included in the excellent price … again staff we very accommodating, offering a range of options. I enjoyed the omelette.

The reviews and pictures on booking portals suggest a nice resort at a good price. This is definitely not the case. The rooms are in very poor condition, the mattresses on the beds are ancient and very uncomfortable. Not to mention the bathroom. The pictures speak for themselves. There are sun loungers and shade on the beach only for the rooms in the first row. We either had to lie in the sun and sand or go to a nearby restaurant with umbrellas and loungers. The breakfast was good. Overall not recommended!

We loved this hotel so much that we extended our stay for another two days. The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful, they did their utmost to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This is not a new luxurious resort and you can see that the facilities are a bit worn out here and there, but this is what added to the overall charm of the place and what we liked so much. However everything was well maintained and cleaned thoroughly and regularly. The hotel is located almost in the middle of the the Klong Nin beach, so you can find good bars or cafes in either direction. The beach is nice and not crowded, even in peak season. Our room was facing this fantastic swimming pool, which our daughter loved as she could jump straight in. The shower in the room was great, with hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was very tasty, with varied a la carte selection. The adjacent Breezy Bar makes also some great drinks (especially Mai Tai) and food. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially to families, who will enjoy it mainly due to the proximity of the beach, cleanliness and the great swimming pool.

We came in and asked if we just could drink a Beer. That was fine, so we had a cold beer right at the beach. The Service was very friendly and we Had a nice Talk with them as well.

We had a wonderful stay in a room right on the beach. On the beach itself, shaded areas are rather rare - all the better if you can lie on your own lounger under the palm tree. The breakfast and restaurant are great - also for dinner and the Passion Mojito at sunset is a perfect match for the evening!

Didn’t stay here so can’t vouch for the rooms but highly recommend the restaurant/bar. We ended up coming here for happy hour drinks (120baht) and food almost every night. It’s clearly family run and they are all smiley and polite to dumb tourists. Drinks are cheap and don’t skim on the alcohol. The pina colata is amazing (ask for no syrup). Also their Tom Yum soup and papaya salads are the best I’ve had outside of Bangkok, deliciously spicy.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a delightful experience. The staff were really nice and welcoming, we enjoyed eating at the beach restaurant that is on the hotel property. Prices were very reasonable given the extraordinary location directly on the beach. The reception-man was very nice regarding our afternoon late check out, he left us one room to shower before leaving. It’s true that the rooms could use a little extra maintenance like painting the walls, but the sheets and everything was clean. The hotel pool is also very nice and clean, great for children. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and we would stay here again!

Magical place!! We had a great stay at this hotel. Warm welcome and very helpful. Always ready to be of service to you. Perfect room with small terrace and private deckchair facing the sea. The cocktails are delicious!!! We do not understand the bad comments about this establishment. Just the dishes in the restaurant are average… (cook to be reviewed)

I had a very pleasant experience at this place everyone was kind and courteous even if the staff did not speak much English let's say that p-e the fact of smiling helps to have better service entk me no one spoke to me stolen or disrespected and they complied with all my requests...I will go back!P.S. yes the place is a little shabby on the outside and I went there just after covid so I understand that they didn't have it easy but on the other hand the room was very clean and in terms of the swimming pool I bathed there every day and apparently I didn't die!
