This is a wonderful complex of houses for rent. The place is super cozy, located in a quiet place away from the road. The territory is simple. The house itself is well equipped, there is a nice terrace with a table and chairs. The bed is big and comfortable, the bedding is great. The house is clean and cleaned. The owners and staff are very friendly and always ready to help you. There is air conditioning and a fan! we really enjoyed our stay. We lived in one of the houses for more than 2 months! Thanks to the hosts for the warm welcome and comfort!

Best kept secret on the island. Quiet, clean, spacious, cheap, and modern. Fast Wi-Fi, great staff, fixed my air conditioning in 20 minutes. 7-11 just down the road. I’ve rented in the north south and now here. I prefer this side of the island especially if you have a bike, better roads. Easy to get to the beach, just a quick drive. Very private here which is perfect.

These rooms, on stilts, are truly extraordinary! Large, well-equipped, designer decor and large terrace over the water.When it comes to Apfa’s reception, it’s hard to do better. He goes out of his way to satisfy his customers and always with a smile.

I visited Koh lanta and I chose this place because it's near the way to old town, I like the style here. everything is good , also the staff service s very nice so friendly and so helpful. The price of room is not expensive, reasonable. Im really happy to be here.

Place in clean and while it is near Old town that’s national park of Koh Lanta. It is a good distance away so that its not loud at night. Staff is friendly and check in rly fast and easy. Around factory there is a river, nice view , nice weather and good services.
