Directly on nice beach for everything else you need a bike. Rooms nice, good AC. We were the only guest in September.What I did not like was that up on arrival, the first thing they try to sell an upgrade, without even having seen the room yet. Also around our room area there was a couple of Varans. Which are about to be expected but they could at least be some sort of verbal warning or a sign... Breakfast was very simple but okay I can understand they don't offer everything for just one guest.If you rent a bike don't use the shop around the corner of the hotel. First bike had a steering problem second bike the brake was not working... The third was sort of okay, but also not really good compared to what you get elsewhere.

Excellent hotel, large well-kept area on the seashore. Lovely bungalows, comfortable and stylish, with a terrace. Friendly staff. 2 wonderful swimming pools. 7/11 is nearby on the main street, about 5 minutes walk, there is also a cafe there. Booked without payment or fines.

We visited the resort in May, which is off-season. The place was nearly deserted, with only two other rooms occupied.As expected in Thailand, the staff were very lovely and friendly.However, the rooms and facilities were in bad shape. The facilities seemed to need basic maintenance; lamps were broken, and signs were damaged. The bar was closed, and there was no life in the hotel.The rooms were very dirty. The only clean items were the bed sheets. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with a disgusting floor and sink.The beach was a disaster—one of the dirtiest I have ever seen. It was littered with plastic bottles, shoes, plastic bags, and more, all reaching the hotel's sunbeds. It was a dire situation.Clearly, the hotel does not feel responsible for the stretch of beach in front of it.Overall, the experience was not good at all.

This hotel is very well located very close to the beach, and has two swimming pools. The bungalows are spacious and clean. Efficient reception. I highly recommend.

Incredibly nice hotel and friendly staff, highly recommend choosing this accommodation! We stayed for four nights in a junior suite. Nice pool, great breakfast, clean area, and lovely rooms. The location is perfect on the beach with many restaurants nearby. The only downside is that the junior suite can also become one large family room and only had one locked door between the different rooms. This made it very noisy, and unfortunately, we had neighbors who talked loudly and listened to music late into the evening. But that's not the hotel's fault; we will definitely come back again!

We booked this hotel for four nights while traveling around southern Thailand with our two year old son. We have to evaluate almost everything positively. When we arrived earlier, we got a room right away. We had a Premiere Apartment and it was located right next to the pool and a short walk from the restaurant and the sea. The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned every day. The room equipment was worse and the bathroom the same. The main thing missing was the shower curtain. Water was everywhere after showering. The hotel area is quite large and has two swimming pools. The pools are fairly chlorinated and you can smell it. Sunbeds quite worn, but they were enough. There are makeshift tables made from old chairs by the sunbeds. The breakfast was classic and everyone will surely choose what they want. We tried for prcka and an order of spaghetti for the room and the food was very good, at an acceptable price. We also tried the happy hour at the beach bar and we definitely can't recommend it.. we ordered a Mojito and it was more of a travesty of drino. A big advantage is the location of the minimarket right in the hotel and the price for beer, for example, is not at all exorbitant. The hotel is directly connected to Klong Dao Beach, from which there are incredibly beautiful views of the sunset. Many thanks to the staff at the reception, on the one hand, they ensured that we brought a forgotten backpack on the first day, and we had the opportunity to stay in the room for an hour and a half longer at check-out. Thank you for your stay!
