We didn't have any problems when we arrived, the staff was quite nice, but... The rooms were not in a good condition, the mattress was pretty old and nasty (luckily, we didn't find any bedbugs), everything was old and the condensate drainage from the AC led directly to the shower corner - the water was rotting and it stank throughout the whole room. The location is great, though.

Stayed 3 nights, the hotel is very dated, and the pool is tiny, so it was hard to get to use it .The staff were very friendly and helpful.The hotel is on a busy corner across from the beach. Handy to all the restaurants and bars are right up close 👌

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, nice pool, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was a bit limited and repetitive but overall a very good place.

The person who runs the water bar is fat and has a bad personality. He doesn't speak well. He likes to gossip about customers. that the customer has thousands and thousands of problems The owner is very kind. He said that because he didn't threaten his subordinates, but his subordinates and 3 new children threatened him by cursing and pointing at orders. The lad who washed the dishes only came for one day and kept cursing, pointing and ordering like he was the one who paid the bill. He was pregnant and he knew. I think he's in a bad mood, but how can he attack a new kid? My mood improved when it didn't stop. Why didn't it happen one day and then came to scold me again?

Fantastically helpful staff.Cleaning plus water daily.Nice central area. A stone's throw from the sea. Sunbeds by the pool and beach belonging to the hotel. Beach towels were also included. Cheap breakfast buffet at the restaurant by the sea!

Hotel in a good location. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. If someone wants rooms by the beach (2 houses), I recommend confirming the reservation, because the rest of the hotel is located on the other side of the street. Very helpful staff. The hotel itself requires renovation.

If you're lucky, you get one of the few rooms with a sea view 🌞 otherwise you get one of 18 rooms next to a very busy road that makes it impossible to sleep, worn old and smelled of mold in the whole apartment, the shower had power in it due to hanging power lines loose in the bathroom, dirty bedding, worn walls and outdoor furniture, the breakfast buffet was not great, the staff was nice and we got our money back when we checked out 2 days early

Shouldn't get one star. Room booking management is not good at all. Booked through Agoda, paid, received a valid booking confirmation. But when I arrived at the accommodation I was told the room was full and asked the customer to find a place to stay on their own. There is no management at all.

We had one of the two rooms right by the sea. The rooms are very nice, you have your own terrace with seating, an outdoor shower and two sun loungers under the palm trees. The beds were very comfortable. A 7eleven and various restaurants were within walking distance. The breakfast was simple but good.

Catastrophic condition and bed bugs!The condition of the hotel and the rooms is totally outdated and neglected.The shower is life-threatening because power cables come into contact with water.In bed we had droplets of blood on the pillow and bed sheet, the bed had BED BUGS!The employees have not seen or learned any hotel standards, for them nothing matters.The breakfast was not recommended at all.
