This hotel is a scam do not stay here!The hotel looks abandoned!The photos advertised are not what the hotel looks like today!We booked for 4 nights but left early as we refused to stay in such a decrepit hotel and requested a refund from agoda which we have received. None of the facilities are up to standard for a 4 star hotel. The restaurant has mold on the ceiling and the pool is green.I booked the KiriLanta Moonlight Suite for my parents anniversary hoping for a romantic stay for them which it was certainly not! I genuinely felt guilty and disappointed that I had ruined there anniversary, but thankfully we managed to book another hotel.The room we stayed in was falling apart! The hotel had resorted to tying rope and fabric across the side of the building were working shutters should of been but we're falling off. Our balcony flooded multiple times, and wooden furniture had begun to mold and disintegrate.Do yourself a favour and do not book here please, this hotel should not be rated 4 star let alone be operational!!

Claimed as the very first resort builded in Koh Lanta. The room and bath rooms were very big, cozy and spacious but dim. The Front Office staff with hijab only were nice and made Guest feel welcome. The male staff with glasses at Front Office was not friendly, ego and with attitude problem. The TV was too high tech until cannot watch anything. Breakfast was OK and acceptable. The F&B Burmese staffs, service, food and smoothies were good. Becareful the wall next to the bathtub, you can see next room or next door can see you. This resort really need to invest, upgrade and mprove more on restaurant and pool areas

The room looked exactly like the pictures. It was so relaxing and nice to treat yourself to a little luxury in the hotel. In the low season there is a bit of renovation going on but that doesn't bother the pool or the room. The garden is absolutely beautiful, is right by the sea with a great view. The pool was also great, everything was great.Two dogs live there who sometimes accompany you home, but are never intrusive and simply like to be close to people.

We took a suite in this hotel and the quality was really not up to par. The hotel lacks maintenance and care. The whole is degraded and the environment as well as the green spaces are poorly maintained. The room was spacious but the chipboard furniture was crumbling and the whole thing needed to be refreshed. No hot water for two days and the third no water at all. The bay windows were very dirty. I asked the cleaning lady to clean them, which she did up to 1.50 m from the ground and the remaining 50 cm I cleaned them myself. Interior of cupboards filled with dust, very dirty wardrobe windows, sliding shower door which does not work. Very dusty slatted blinds.......As for the swimming pool, it is in the same condition as the rest, the tarpaulins which protect from the Sun are almost non-existent or damaged, pieces of the wall are broken.No gardener to maintain the green spaces for four days and a sort of dump with open rubble at the foot of the hill.The only positive point is the kindness of the staff.

The hotel is larger and scattered compared to others on the island, and the various facilities and restaurants appear to be relatively shabby. There are options for those who don't like dense crowds. Since my careless daughter left the watch behind, I would like to thank the hotel staff for finding it and mailing it back to me. I would like to express my sincere gratitude🙏.

Genuinely enjoyed my stay here - the rooms were stunning and really spacious! The staff was super lovely at all times. It was extremely quiet and there is really not much around - I've been to Koh Lanta before and stayed in another area in the northern part of the island and it was a bit more lively there. Definitely a good place to disconnect and relax though.

The outdoor facilities are great, especially the beach is very clean. 3 pools are available. A pool is 25m long and even invites you to swim distances.Rooms are very spacious, but two rooms smelled musty, damp, maybe a little moldy.serviceFriendly and the shuttle service is not a given for the price range.ConclusionPrice-performance ratio was very good, if the smell in the rooms hadn't been there.

Really nice resort. Very friendly staff and good food. The adult only pool is great. The views are lovely, every sunset is incredible. Our room is spacious and the bed is very very comfortable. The air conditioning is quiet but efficient. The location is a little difficult to get to, but the resort do organise an airport pick up and drop off. We’ve really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other.

The SriLanta Resort and Spa is located at the end of Lanta Klong Nin Beach on Koh Lanta. Knowing full well that the hotel has its shortcomings, we booked a cloud suite for seven nights at the beginning of March 2024 due to the good price. First of all: a hotel can be old and does not have to be new. That shouldn't be a reason for a bad rating. What is much more important is that the hotel and the complex are clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all at SriLanta Resort and Spa. There were defects everywhere and it was dirty too. The rooms were only cleaned very superficially, there were traces of water everywhere, the floor was not mopped during the entire stay, and we were able to remove the toothpaste residue in the sink from previous vacationers ourselves. The children's play equipment is completely broken, with rusty nails sticking out everywhere. Only suitable for children with tetanus vaccination protection. The lush green lawn in front of the pools shown in the hotel pictures was reminiscent of a withered earthen landscape. The outdoor area is not maintained, weeds grew everywhere, especially in the breakfast area. The soccer goal nets were broken. The pool wasn't clean, there was sand and dirt floating everywhere. The pool ladder was broken and was next to the pool. The loungers were also broken and partly dirty. The chairs on the balcony were rusty. The breakfast was reminiscent of old times in the youth hostel. For a 4 star hotel, I think you should also expect a coffee machine. Apart from the fact that the filter coffee didn't taste good, you couldn't order a cappuccino or something similar for an extra charge. It remains a mystery to me how some reviews talk about a wonderful hotel complex and a great pool area. The hotel manager, often mentioned in the reviews, was also very helpful, friendly and sought dialogue with the guests during our stay. However, it seemed to us more as if this was intended to compensate for the otherwise negative impression of the entire facility. Before booking, you should also note that the sea in front of the hotel is very rocky. The bungalows and the buildings with the rooms are on a slope, so you always have to walk a little uphill to get to the room. A positive aspect is the underpass, so you don't have to walk across the street that separates the sea, the breakfast area and the pools from the reception and the rooms of the hotel. As a result, I cannot recommend the hotel. We just didn't feel comfortable there. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio at the SriLanta Resort and Spa simply wasn't right. We know from our own experience that there are better alternatives even for those on a smaller budget.

We had the best stay at Sri Lanta resort! Def take the plantage villas and ask for a further one away! The villas are 3/4e glass and surrounded by palmtrees and monkeys. There are 3 pools with ocean view. The people working there, especially the sweet girl from reception, are very friendly.

We loved this very pretty place, however to move the stores and others you don't have to have a means of transport. As for the service it's very good we ate at the hotel restaurant it was very good and we took advantage of the spa service it was a very good time. I recommend this place

Thank you SriLanta for assisting my now fiance with his surprise proposal. My fiance initially wanted to propose in front of the beach however we werent lucky with good weather that time so they had to switch the decoration to inside the room. It was so lovely and they even played romantic music for us. Thank you for being so lovely throughout our stay!! Our favorite was having the jacuzzi tub in our room balcony.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The staff were lovely enough and location on the beach was truly beautiful. However the place truly just needs a renovation, it’s run down and in need of a lot of work. Rooms felt old and we had to swap rooms due to lack of privacy which was not properly shown in photos, mess and overall uncleanliness. Our second room was much better but the shower didn’t drain and power cut out a few times. The pool was nice and the beach bar at night was actually really lovely and sunset made the stay worth it. I wouldn’t stay here again though. If you’re staying in peak season the prices don’t reflect what you’ll be getting. Paying 4 star prices and you won’t be getting that out of the rooms and amenities.

We loved our stay at SriLanta, the service was amazing and room was perfect. Large bed which was very comfortable and the bathroom was a very good size. You can rent a moped from the hotel which was only 300 Bhat a day, and there are 3 pools to choose from. As we came during low season is was lovely and quite and most of the days we got the pool to our self and the beach. Some restaurants down the road and lots to choose from. Definitely recommend staying here.
