RENT SCAM:I agree with David, don't rent your motorbike or anything here, they tried to defraud me.I rent my scooter, I film it to make an inventory to protect myself when it comes time to rent it.This did not fail, one of the veiled sisters began to invent problems for me with scratches which were already present. Indeed my video supports it, I insist on showing him that the scratches were present initially, moreover the one who checked me in was not present for the check out.Fraudulent and HALLAMIST technique to try to steal money...My sister if you read this, I tell you again it’s HALLAM what you tried to do to me!I managed to recover my passport as best I could by showing my video when I initially picked up the vehicle.I was honest in taking care of what I was lent and in the end someone tried to scam me...

Do not rent a motorbike from these guys! They will hold your passport at ransom and invent problems to make you pay for it back!I rented a bike from them for a few days at a good price. The bike suffered some minor damage that did not prevent it from working safely. When asking for money to repair the bike, they originally misquoted me on items that did not need repair. When I pointed out that they quoted me on problems that did not exist they amended the amount to address the problems that did exist, but at a massively overpriced margin (if you're going to scam me, at least do it convincingly!).For reference, the photo attached is of a plastic guard with minor scratches on it. It is not cracked, it is structurally intact and in all likelihood does not need to be replaced. Instead, they charged me 600 baht to replace what is essentially a lump of plastic with no functional defects.I should point out that the bike was not in perfect condition when I originally rented it. The previous damages sustained by the bike were clearly not addressed, I suspect most of the money I paid will go into their back pockets and a small amount will go towards fixing a few, but not all, of the problems.Extremely unprofessional, sleazy tactics. Do better!

The village itself is beautiful and very pastoral, and it was a cool feeling of being in the jungle, but still a walk away from the town and beach. The rooms are also very cool, and have a nice vibe, and are super unique and different from any other hotel we stayed at. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our original room (Superior Double Room) had a strong smell of mould (to the point that I could barely breathe in the room), and we had to pay for an upgrade to another room (villa), even though we didn’t really want to move, we had no choice as it was impossible to stay in the room with the smell (we also preferred the Superior room, which is why we booked it to begin with). We loved the balcony in the Superior room, as it felt like sitting in the middle of the forest, and had proper chairs. While the balcony in the villa was cool, it only had a hammock & bean bag, which aren’t very comfortable for sitting. The pool area, while beautiful - and definitely the highlight of the hotel, wasn’t very maintained, though I understand it’s low season.

The service staff is good, they speak well. The accommodation isn't beachfront, but you can see the pool from a high point in the resort. It's recommended to choose a room by the pool for a beautiful view. The bathroom amenities are very basic, possibly because it's the low season and things seem not fully prepared yet. There's very limited parking spaces, which might not be suitable for guests traveling by car.The breakfast is served as a set meal, filling enough but not particularly delicious, except for the chicken rice soup, which is decent. The seating for guests seems somewhat unprepared, possibly due to morning rain, but it hasn't affected the readiness of various seating areas.Things that should be improved:1. The condition of the room floor and bathroom floor, as well as the cleanliness inside the bathroom.2. The parking facilities.

Very good hotel in Koh Lanta. The room is beautiful and clean and the small terrace is very pleasant. The swimming pool is great with its double sea view. Close to restaurants, a 7-eleven, a launderette and the beach. The staff is attentive and very friendly. You can rent a scooter and book your activities directly at reception. Lots of steps to climb in the complex

Good service staff But the receptionist's work does not match the reservation. Walking up to the room is very tiring. Good atmosphere. Reserve a room with 2 bedrooms. The room is not soundproof at all.Breakfast buffet, just some items. Overall, I think it needs to be improved.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are beautiful and clean. The location is ideal, close to Kantiang beach which is also magnificent. The view from the swimming pool is also splendid. Just a small b-mol for lunch which is not huge but still good.
