At 250 a night it's a good placeRooms are clean and dividedFree ice free waterReally quiet and relaxingMy third time here this time I decided to stay in the Aircon room for 400 a day. Free coffee and hot water available. Worth every penny.This hotel is in the perfect place for someone who's got to travel in and out the city 10-20min to sanpatong and 10-20min into the city.

Stayed for 2 nights (12-13 Dec 2023)It's like staying at a relative's house. The atmosphere is shady, with trees, gardens, big carp, very beautiful colors.The owner is very hospitable and cute.It's a single house. In front of the house there is a lounge chair or a place to put shoes.In the room divided into sleeping areas, there was 1 large bed. When I complained that I wanted 2 beds, I added an extra bed without charging additional money.There is a table and chairs where you can eat.Food preparation section There are complete appliances: microwave, kettle, sink, refrigerator, wardrobe.The bathroom is spacious, divided into wet/dry sections.There is a water heater.We stayed in 2 rooms. Everyone was very impressed.This place is very convenient, less than 5 minutes away, there is a luxury food center called Kad Farang.There is a large 7-Eleven and includes many food carts. Delicious and not expensive I like the sea bass porridge. Gives lots of big pieces of fish meat, delicious, price only 50.- baht.If going to Chiang Mai again Definitely stay here.
