Overall, Hotel is 👍👍👍But the staff seem to smile less, perhaps they’re not enjoying their jobs and I still feel that they’re not as helpful.p/s: Maybe the hotel management didn't notice the staff, but I did both times I stayed here.To my surprise, I hadn’t even finished breakfast yet when, at 11am, the staff told me lunch was ready as I was leaving the restaurant! 😅🙀

If you like Persian style silk carpets this is you place in Thailand. Made traditionally majestic colours. Truly beautiful. I am a lover and have spent a bit. So here's the thing they cost they are not cheap but you grandchildren will pass on to their children. So on that basis they are cheap and there is nothing even close comparable.

The breakfast in the hotel restaurant is delicious😋🤗👍👏👏The swimming pool is good🥰👙There is a fitness room downstairs and there is a shopping mall for shopping🛒🛒🤭😋There are children's play areas for children The venue 🥳🥳 has a restaurant 😋😋🍽🥢🥂🍻🍾🍸🧋 There are many massage shops and souvenir shops outside 🎁🎁 (you don’t have to worry about eating, drinking and having fun when you stay in Yijia Hotel) Thank you for the staff’s service 🙏💪💪👏👍 I wish your hotel business will be prosperous 🤗🥰Staff have a happy life👏👏👏💞💗💖

This is the first time I book at this hotel, and unfortunately their treatment is not good, especially during check-in, and also when you need to extend the reservation, you will find that each employee gives you a different price. I do not know why, noting that one of the employees admitted that the price difference is due to the emergency situation of the person who needs to extend the booking days , the reservation price is raised to the people instead of giving them a good price / and when I faced a problem that the room had rain water leaking from behind the TV at my room , the hotel tried to compensate me. In the least possible way, instead of compensating me in an appropriate way for the mistake committed by the hotel, i had to refuse many times till they gave me a good solution 👎🏻

It's really, really noisy and there's no soundproofing.Radio for 3 hours in another room? TV? Anyway, you can hear the music played through the speakers.It's convenient to have a meal at Jungceylon after traveling to Phuket during the rainy season, but I won't come back again. It's really noisy and I can't sleep.

A hotel that I do not recommend staying in at all. It is bad as it is inhabited by drunks and is not suitable for families or couples. There is no privacy in the rooms. If someone talks in the room next to you, you feel like he is sitting with you on the bed. The rooms are unclean and dilapidated and it is not worth its price. The hotel has been changed.

I lived there for 4 days. It was very beautiful, clean, and their breakfast was sweet and variedMy room was on a corner overlooking two streetsThe building I am in is exactly underneath a mall, and everything around you is close. You can walk to the beach, markets, and restaurants. You do not need a car.The second building I do not recommend you live in is a little far awayI had a problem when I checked that the receptionist insisted that I go to the second building, but I refused their insistence. It was strange that they said the room was wider and nicer.When I refused, they said there were no rooms availableI said, Okay, I'll look for Booking and book through them. They called the manager and she tried to dismiss us and make us slip and return our money, but I insisted on booking in the same building. In the end, they gave me a room with a beautiful view, even though they told me this building doesn't have a view.I didn't like their method

When I first arrived in Phuket, I made a reservation and stayed at Patong Beach because it was central, but I was confused because there were two hotels. ㅠ The security guard also misplaced the reservation list, ㅠ I thought it would be quiet as it was not on Bangla Road, but the sound rang even in the early morning, so I took a nap, so I don't think I will stay again next time. The location is good for sightseeing, but not for lodging. ^^Hotel service seems to be a mess. I asked them not to clean it for the second night, and when I came back in the evening, I sent a request to the hotel room clock(?) system app, but there was no response. I was embarrassed when I received a questionnaire asking if I received good service. I called room service directly and asked for the room number and towels. Even though I asked for water to be sent, it didn't come, so I reused the towel I was using and checked out at lunchtime.In addition, the cup provided in the room is believed to be a tea cup, but the paint on the inside of the cup is peeling, so even if you ask for a replacement, there is no news. ㅠThe breakfast area was spacious and the menu wasn't very extensive, but it was still worth it.Even if I come back next time, I plan to stay at a hotel located on a quiet hill.
