Reserved a room for 2 nights. Notified at the service point to request a tax invoice on the 2nd day. Received an answer that I would receive a tax invoice by mail within 7-14 days. I can say that it is very bad. I took the tax invoice to withdraw from the company. * That is, 7-14 days would be very slow. Request a hotel tax invoice elsewhere and they can request it within immediately. This is notified 1 day before check out and must be sent by post. If it was sent incorrectly, I have to send it back to get it fixed again. When will I get it? Leave it to the executives to review the new policy. If you are going to use a policy like this It should be stated on the booking website that "Customers who want a tax invoice must wait 7-14 days" because your reservation must be paid first and cannot be canceled or refunded.*In the past, I reserved through Agoda and requested a tax invoice through Agoda. Now I try to reserve directly through the website. Because they thought they would receive a tax invoice immediately after checking out.**I think hop inn is still better. Even though the room is small, there is a history of using the staff's services. When checking in, the staff always asks if the tax invoice was issued at the address....is this right? Even though I informed them at check out, they did so.*** I would like to ask the executives to go back and reconsider. I don't blame the employees because they adopted this policy. You will anger customers and employees. Why must the head office issue the tax invoice? Even the branch has computers and printers. If you are afraid of having problems within the organization, you should solve them within the organization's systems, not with the customers. Not providing convenience to customers This is not a service. ***Executives go back and think again and think hard. The room is clean. The air conditioner is cool. Come check in at 2 am. Because traveling from Bangkok, it's OK. There's a room to sleep 4 people, parents and children. The price is less than a thousand, very OK. It's okay to sleep here. So I reserved a place in Udon Thani. Premier continues.

I really like it. The room is clean.

The room is clean, everything overall is ok, suitable for the price. The room is clean, the maid service is friendly and respectful to the customers. If there is anything, they will report it, but there will be some customers who like to shout loudly or make facial expressions. I go to stay often but There was never a time that I was not okay, so I felt okay every time I went to use the service. Overall, I was very impressed.

Next to the main road 711 and coffee shop .Quite place and new one,staff were friendly and kind .The room was okay

The room is very new because it just opened. Conveniently, there are 7-Eleven, Amazon coffee and a food court nearby. Good service staff Beaming

The rooms are clean, spacious, have a parking lot, and the lovely staff provide the best service.

Came back to use the service for the second time. The staff provided good service. The rooms were clean and fragrant. Recommended to stay.
