This hotel is managed and maintained with care. Rooms are clean and functional. The team is helpful and dedicated, huge thank to the people at the reception desk and the cleaning crew 🙏 They went the extra mile to make sure our 3 night stay was smooth and confortable.The neighbourhood is busy and noisy.We had deluxe room, very spacious.Definitely recommend

We had a pleasant stay at Nanai 2 Residence. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast and food in general was really good, but the best part was the staff! Super friendly people. We will definitely be back.

I ate food here, it was not so great. Extremely spicy, although when I mentioned to the manager they were willing to change it. But still it was too spicy and okay. Later I asked for a juice as complimentary as I could not eat my meal at all. They gave me the juice but the way the juice was made it was clear they were giving as a obligation and did not care about the customer.

Great hotel! Great staff, helped with everything you need. Booked few trips with them and is was very good! Best experience for your money. Rent a motorbike nearby and whole Phuket is yours!

They tried to scam me today when I was checking out, they said there was a blood stain on the sheets even if I didnt have any injuries or cuts. They just wanted to get some extra money from me.Unbelievable behavior, avoid this place at all cost.The guy who tried to do this to me is a short guy with glasses working the reception.

+Staff is really great !!!+ Everything is clean.+ They have their own private parking place.Location may be a bit difficult to find, but when you know your way it is fine.Not far from beach and other places.- bed was a little to hard for me (personal prefference)

The hotel is clean, my room spacious and spotlessly clean, conveniently located, 5-10 minutes walk to all the activities in Patong.Its great advantage, however, is the staff team. All the employees, from the housekeeping, the reception guys, the manager, everyone was very friendly, always with a hearty smile and always willing to serve.I really felt very safe and comfortable like I was at home.Thank you to all the staff at Nanai2 for making me feel like one of their own on my vacation!

Outdated TV and hard beds. Other than that no real issues for the price. Has hot water, it's clean, it's in a quiet location but just a minute walk and you're on nanai road ,5 minutes from big c supermarket and 10 minutes from Bangla although you have go through some back alleys. They aren't dangerous or scary. Staff are friendly. Overall would recommend if you're on a budget.
