I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property on Google, but upon arrival, it became clear that it is more comparable to a 2-star establishment. The hotel itself, including the rooms, was extremely small and cramped. I booked a King-sized bed room, but the space was so limited that it felt like a small, confined area with a bed that was far from what I expected.I paid 7000 Baht for the room, and for that price, I could have booked a much larger and more comfortable room at hotels like the Ramada or Ambassador. I considered canceling my reservation, but I was informed that the booking was non-refundable, and I felt pressured to stay. The floor I stayed on was very noisy, with disturbances throughout the night that made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the hotel is located next to the BTS, and the noise from the trains was constant and disruptive. There were also several issues with the cleanliness of the room, including stained bed sheets.I was disappointed that there were no complimentary items such as coffee or dairy products, and no breakfast was provided, especially given the high price paid. Furthermore, there was no assistance with luggage, and when I raised concerns with the receptionist, my concerns were dismissed. The overall experience was quite distressing, and I felt as though the hotel’s practices were more focused on taking advantage of guests than providing quality service. I would not recommend this hotel to others, as there are many other establishments with friendly staff and better services available.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed here. They will publish 4 star hotel in google but after booking and you see the hotel it's a 2 star hotel so small like a complex.. hotel is so small and room are small can't even walk also so congested. I book king size bed room it's was like a small dungeon room no space bed is small.. I paid like 5500 baht for that hotel for that price I could have book a hotel in Ramada or ambassador which is bigger in same price.. I though of cancelling but they told non refundable and threatened me so I have no other option to stay.. the floor I stayed was so noisy and some girl are shouting and mourning which I van hear the whole night.. its next to metro bts so every time I can hear train sound and so disturbing can't able to sleep.. they won't provide any coffee or diary product as compliment also for paying so high price.. no breakfast available. Blood strains in bed sheet ..it was like a worst nightmare.. if I tell anything to.thr receptionist she won't even care anything because while we arrive they will collect deposit money 1000 baht so that they can tell something and keep the 1000 baht to themselves..so much of scam.. they don't have a bell boy also to bring our luggage we should only carry our luggage by ourself to the room.. if we go ask or tell something to the receptionist she will threatened us like I will call.the police let them come .. I am like what I'm a tourist I came to relax not to involve anyone here they will threatened us by telling we will call the police.. they are not doing hotel service business they are doing something else..you can't expect anything from them.the hotel is ready how ro scam from us.It's not deluxe king room it's a one room lodge.. worst night mare 😪 my money gone waste.. there are many good and friendly staff hotel are there dont choose this one ..then your whole trip you will regret.. worst hotel 🏨 worst receptionist..money scam

Small hotel. Rooms are small and there is a bar cooler rather than bar fridge and the cooler only keeps your drinks cool, not cold. There's a large LCD TV with a reasonable selection of channels. The bathrooms are fairly tight in the shower temperature goes from really hot to cool all the time which is quite annoying. There's a 7-Eleven right next door and it's very close to the Nana BTS station.
