It s a lovely, simple & clean hotel. I love everything about the room. The toilets and shower room and wash basin are all separated. So it is efficient for us 3 to share the room :) osoThere s one charging station with a power socket, an USB, a type C, each for every bedside tables include the added bed ✌🏻Love the Japanese, Western & a bit of Thai dessert breakfast - a healthy indulgence indeed.Just walking distance to MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Asok station (5-15 mins walk).It s a good stay and highly recommended.

Japanese style hotel, clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. The location is also very good, Asok Station is convenient to go everywhere, and there are many places to eat around. 711 is also very close. There is a Chinese-speaking service staff at the front desk named Jiang Shan. Thanks to her help, our problem was solved. And Ratt patiently served us. Stayed for 7 consecutive days.

As soon as I checked in, I was impressed by how Japanese it is. The hotel is very new and the location is very good. When you enter the alley, you will have the illusion of traveling in Japan. When you swim, you will find that the water quality is great. The water purification system in the whole building is very impressive. It feels like living in Japan. It was smooth during the travel period. The size of the room is really Japanese (the space is not big) but it does not hinder the wonderful experience of staying. The toilet is free ❤️The breakfast is also very delicious😋Sauteed spinach mushrooms in butter, fresh salad, sesame leaves, and salmon It's also delicious when fried, and the fresh milk is of good quality.There are lockers downstairs where you can store your things (if you are too lazy to go up to your room, you can store your things temporarily, which is very considerate). The location is also convenient for walking to the MRT station.

I usually stay at a hostel, but this time I found out that it had just opened, so I stayed for just one night.It was great to be able to leave my luggage in a locker, so I didn't have to carry around a lot of passports or cash.When I went there, there was no one at the front desk who could speak Japanese, but they were very kind even if they didn't speak English.During the day, there were people who spoke Japanese or were Japanese, so I never had any trouble. I didn't have to worry because they would take care of me.As it had just opened, the room was clean everywhere.It was well-cleaned and felt good.Perhaps because the water was purified, I was able to maintain Japanese quality even when washing my hair.Japanese people can use the water with confidence. That's a high point!After checking in, when I had a hard time getting a grab, the front desk staff came out and talked to me out of concern, and even used a translator to take care of me.I received hospitality that is comparable to Japan. Thank you very much, I would like to take care of you again.There are also restaurants nearby that are open until the morning, so you won't have to worry about eating even if your flight arrives late.

Wonderful hotel, very comfortable, quiet at the end of a small cul-de-sac, a few hundred meters from Asoke metro station. In addition, you have access to all the neighborhood activities at the end of the street. The rooms are spacious, very good bedding, discreet and efficient air conditioning, the TV is a large screen. The Italian shower is huge. The toilets are of Japanese quality. The breakfast is plentiful and the products are quality. The staff is very attentive while remaining discreet, at breakfast, but especially at reception where the young Fang responds with a big smile and always with professionalism to the various requests that can be submitted to her. In addition, she speaks and understands French which is not common. She is a very great professional.

It's still new, so it's nice and clean. However, since it is a Japanese business hotel, I think Nikko or Nishitetsu would be better at this price.The pool is small and the grade is low. The washlet is a high-grade version.

Stayed for 5 consecutive days. The overall environment, service and safety are very good. The waiters at the front desk are friendly and the guards are also very conscientious in assisting in directing the parking of vehicles. Will recommend to relatives and friends and next visit~

All of them are very helpful. the room is clear and the TV can see the japan channel. Ya and Kim are professional hotel staff, they always smile and polite. On the other hand the hotal lunch is a good japan food and price is also ok. The make up room service is also good.

Hotel is tucked in the alley, to provide a quiet ambience but at the same time near all BTS station. Hotel staffs (Kim, Pun &Fai) were friendly, ensure an experience filled with hospitality even on our checked out day.

Good Service, Good Facilities, & comfortables, got 24 hours laundry.Receptionists (Kim, Fang, & Fuse) are very helpful & friendly. They helped us to arrange transporter with smiling face.There got free face mask, sun block, cleansing oil for us to enjoy.Body temperature tools I borrow from front desk bcoz my kids were not feeling well.Got Gym, swimming pool.My kids and I to stay there very much, next visit can choose this Sotetsu hotel again.
