⚠️ Bad treatmentI had a situation with the staff. I told them not to clean the room. I was surprised. They entered the room and cleaned and adjusted the things without prior warning. Be careful⚠️

I do not advise anyone to visit this hotel. I will tell you the first three reasons. The first reason: 1. If you live in the apartment or room, you will see all kinds of insects, cockroaches, and mosquitoes. The second reason: 2. There is no respect for the visitor or the guest. They belittle you and shout at you. The third reason: 3. They are stingy. On the Internet, they pay money in vain. To be honest, I am surprised by the people who live in the hotel!?😠👀

An uncomfortable hotel, especially the bed that feels made of concrete, which is very solid. Secondly, the shower is very bad. You do not have a choice between hot and cold. There is no compromise, or the water will burn you, or you can take a shower in the Antarctic, and the whole problem is solved by replacing the heater. When I checked out of the hotel, they told me that there were missing towels, and of course this is a lie, because I never use hotel towels, and I always have my personal towel with me.

On the 29th of June, we visited this particular hotel. Upon arrival, my father, who identified himself as a previous guest, expressed his intention to book a room but requested a brief viewing beforehand. Unfortunately, the receptionist responded in a dismissive manner, questioning the need to revisit the premises if my father had already stayed there before. The receptionist's implication that my father was being dishonest greatly concerned us. Consequently, we chose to leave the hotel. Subsequently, while in close proximity to the establishment, I made a room reservation via Agoda for the period spanning from Thursday, 29 June, to Saturday, 1 July 2023. It is disheartening to note that instead of receiving a warm welcome, the reception staff reiterated the requirement of booking at least one day in advance. Given my father's age of approximately 70 and his existing diabetic condition, these circumstances caused him significant distress and psychological fatigue.

One of the reception staff is very disrespectful to us and was angry and nervous for no reason we just ask them or her (I am not sure about the gender) to see the room!!!This issue happened Wednesday 11:30 pmOne of the receptionists was not respectful to us, and I think he seems to hate Arabs. We just told him we want to see the room, and he got upset and said, “Thailand doesn’t like you.”I hope the hotel management holds him accountableThe situation was on Wednesday at 11:30 pm
