The room was a bit dirty, and the water area was dirty and smelly. I was bitten by a lot of ticks in bed, so I slept in long sleeves and long pants. The shower had either hot or cold water, so I couldn't take a slow shower at just the right temperature.If a tuk-tuk is available, they will take you to the station for free.Since the location is a little hidden, I often get turned away by clubs and other places, and transportation is not convenient.

The service of the receptionist here is very poor. The morning shift male receptionist provided very poor service. The place is so-so, when you meet the staff, it's even worse. Whoever will stay here, I recommend going somewhere else.

We've spent almost two months at this suites hotel in Bangkok, and overall, we had a wonderful experience! We stayed in the one-bedroom superior king suite, which was just perfect for us. The room was always clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed after long days exploring the city.One thing to note is that the kitchen is pretty small and not very well-equipped for cooking elaborate meals. If you're planning to do a lot of cooking, you might find it a bit challenging. But for simple meals and snacks, it worked just fine.The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. They were all super nice and helpful, especially the manager, Mr. Ball. He was fantastic—professional, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. He really made our stay special.The location has its pros and cons. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the nearest BTS station and a 10-minute walk to the closest supermarket. This was a bit inconvenient, especially since taxis often refused to go there, particularly when it was raining. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle service in one direction, which was a nice perk.We loved the room’s AC and TV—they both worked perfectly. The room also had a small balcony and was very quiet, which was great for relaxing. For those who need to work remotely, there's a big desk that’s perfect for digital nomads.One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop swimming pool with sun beds and the gym. We used both every day and enjoyed them very much. The gym was okay, although not all of the equipment was working. Still, it was good enough for a daily workout.All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Bangkok.

Not even 1 star.. dirty.Very close to the station.It is very shameful that they knew and assigned me a room in this condition from the beginning. I complained and changed the room, but the condition of that room was not that different. The reason I'm posting this review is because I think they will never repair the room condition.

The location is abit far from the main roads, however there is a shuttle service available. Getting back from the main road i typically took a motorbike. The rooms were abit old, but seems like the hotel had a renovation fairly recently. For a service apar**ent it was quite cozy and a nice place to stay, would book again.

Stayed here 2-4 may for 1200/night with breakfast from special hour flash sale in AgodaRooms are ok, something is old and needs slight renovation, to make it almost 5 star need to work with lights a little, and put sockets on both sides of the bed. It was a pleasure! Will defo consider this hotel during my next visit to BKK

I recently visited The Brew Cafe at Ten Ekkamai with high hopes of enjoying their live music which was good while savoring some delicious treats. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the appalling behavior of the staff, particularly a girl named as far as I remember Tum. From the moment I arrived, I was met with indifference and rudeness. Tum's attitude was nothing short of disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome and unimportant as a customer. It's disheartening when you choose a venue for its ambiance and entertainment, only to be met with such poor service. Despite the enticing live music, I couldn't fully immerse myself in the experience due to the lingering frustration caused by the staff's behavior. It's a shame that the incompetence of a few individuals can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise promising establishment. As a customer who values hospitality and respect, I cannot in good conscience recommend The Brew Cafe at Ten Ekkamai to others. Management should seriously reconsider their hiring and training practices to ensure that all patrons are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
