Room was awful.||Safe didn't work. ||Door locks not adequate. Literally you had to bolt yourself in. ||Window locks were broken. ||Bathroom was very old and outdated. ||No office open, you had to get them to call the owner. Wasn't professional at all.

Room and location were good for value. Very close to the beach, wifi service was great.They charge a 1000baht deposit which I found a bit uncommon especially when I stayed at 5-6 hotels in Thailand which didn’t have this practice. Receptionist was a bit cold but she got work done.

Pros:Location.The cost in Patong for a private room is minimal.Good internetSilence at night.MinusesThere was no hot water in the room and the heater did not work.The drainage didn't work well, which caused moisture to be felt throughout the room.Well, the biggest disappointment was when they didn’t give me back (they stole) the phone charger. I realized it an hour after leaving and immediately wrote an email. The answer came - no. Although I remember 1000% that the charger remained in the socket, and no one came in after us. The charging price is 800 rubles, but it’s a fact.
