I absolutely loved my stay at Ban Phe Hostel!! I was initially supposed to stay only 2 or 3 days but ended up staying 10 days!The owner Naam and her partner Kitty are so lovely, helpful and welcoming that you feel right at home from the moment you cross the door. Very great value for money for the room!I want to thank Naam for sharing her everyday life with me, I had a blast and this is exactly the kind of special time I look forward to when I travel. I’ll definitely keep contact and come back!

Host is not helpful with advise. Run down place. We had a room which really needed a renovation. Stayed only one night. Coffee is free of charge but limited to one cup a day. Nylon sheet covers on the bed. Fan not sufficient enough to cool the room.

Great value for your money. We stayed one night on our trip through Thailand. Nice and friendly welcoming. Helped us book a speed boat to Ko Samet. Room was clean. Quiet. Shared shower and bathroom. Good breakfast spots near by. 7-eleven around the corner.

Nam has such a safe and friendly spot. We all feel right at home. Full access to cook in the kitchen. We made some tacos for everyone, and had such an amazing night with great memories. Been back many times, never disappoints. Perfect place to stay if you are headed or coming back from Koh Samet or Chanthaburi. The owner is also very helpful and speaks very good English. Can help you with any of your issues or worries

A really nice place to stay. The owner lady Naam is nice and provides excellent information. The rooms are large enough and not too hot when the fan is on. The best quality of this hostel beside the attractive price is the friendliness of the people that stay here. I believe there are quite a few regular customets, that already know each other and spend their time talking, eating and drinking in the shared space downstairs. If you like this community way of spending time, than this place is for you. Facilities are good. They even provided a bicycle for me to use, while staying there.

Amazing value for money. Friendly welcome, clean simple rooms, ideal location to catch the ferry to Koh Samed. Close to tasty restaurants and make time to get a thaii massage. Highly recommend this hostel for an overnight stay.

The rooms are simple, but the value for money is unbeatable. There is no air conditioning, only fans. The staff are welcoming and very charming. There is no better value for money.
