The staff spoke very badly. We lost something in the room that was our blanket. Call to help find it. Said they couldn't find it and told us to report it to come look at the camera. The accommodation was poured today, fresh and hot. Driving from Chiang Mai, made a reservation on Agoda last week. Already paid. Enough to stay on the booking date Claiming that the Agoda app has a problem, it won't bounce, and then tells us the room is full. What is it? I mean, we have to find a new mattress now. Very bad, irresponsible. The accommodation will immediately transfer the money back. It's like shirking responsibility. But the reality is if you say that the app has a problem. Agoda must take responsibility. But the accommodation seemed like they didn't check when we initially booked. And it's like we just came to check on the day we checked in. It's funny and I've never had anything like this before staying anywhere else. I feel very bad.I found a hotel for you but had you call and ask yourself and it was full. What's your responsibility? We have to come find ourselves at 9 p.m.

Stayed from 3-5 for 3 days and did not clean the room at all. On the first day of staying, I told the admitting employee that I probably wouldn't encounter it like in the last review. That doesn't clean the room.- Stay the first night and go to work in the morning and tell the housekeeper to clean it too. The housekeeper said that if you stay longer, they will clean every other day (confused..is there such a thing as a daily room?) but in a hurry to go to work Returning to the room in the evening, there was no water to drink, no tissues or towels, so had to go and ask for it yourself.- Came back on the evening of the 2nd day. The room was not cleaned as usual. There is nothing left in its original condition. The worst since I've ever stayed in a daily room. There was no notification of any hanging signs whatsoever. It's like going to ask for residence. Walk around and ask for water and paper to sweep the room yourself.🤬🤬I don't want to think about whether people who stay only one night will change their equipment for the next person. Because even if you see it for 3 days it's still this ugly 😡😡👎

28/4/65 It's been 3 days and the room hasn't been cleaned once since 26/4/65. At first I was told to do it every other day. When I told him again, I was told to find a piece of paper to stick on and clean it. I don't have any water. Got only one bottle on the first day. Since staying at the hotel #This place sucks. I've never seen anywhere like this. The room is very ok. You should find a housekeeper to clean for the customers. Next time, I probably won't use the service.
