Runa 4 building review.A very nice place, you just need to ignore all the bad things that cannot really ruin your stay (like a lot of trash on the territory around or broken bathroom door lock).The room was very clean, the walls newly refreshed. Yes, there are some spots on the blankets, but they are clean too, they just need to clean it with the bleach.No ants inside, but please remember that the room is literally in the woods, so just don't eat inside otherwise they will come.There were a few mosquitos inside (which is normal too, the front door is on the street), but our repellent did the work, just buy it in the 7/11.The bathroom is okay, the heater is working, and the flushing is working well too.TV is old, but why would you want to watch it?The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors, but ours were quiet and we tried to be quiet as well. The street is not loud.Wifi connection is fine, not super-fast though.Overall, this place is good, the location is perfect and you are the only person who controls your mood.

Location is very good, on the main road, near the Pub restaurant, price 800 baht per night, new room, clean, walk to the beach about 10 minutes.

Literally the worst guesthouse we've ever hadAt first we had red ants in our room, they bit both my wife and our baby. So we urgently asked the owner for assistance, she called an employee who came with a fabric spray(!!).Then we insisted on moving to another room. There the fridge made the equivalent noise of a motorbike engine. There were numerous mosquitos because the sewage passes right underneath the steps to the room, when confronted about having red ants again in the new room, we were told by the staff it's our fault for eating inside the room (which we justly denied) and then that's it's because my wife breastfed our son, adding that they have a photo for proof (omg).We shortened our stay there by three nights, and received a partial refund only after involving the very friendly tourist police station.The owner wasn't pleasant throughout our stay and became blunt and rude when we asked for a refund for our early checkout.I really recommend sleeping in a tent in the rain rather than staying there.

Very worn and old towels, no sheets for the comforter, only for the VERY hard bed (no mattress topper, just the spring mattress - common problem in Thailand, though). One would never know if the comforter has been used by other guests without being washed...No toilet paper supplied only the water hose that doesn't work well for a european. No breakfast.My son also got a LOT of mosquito bites during the night so somewhere there must have been an opening to the outside...All this would be acceptable if the price was about half of what we payed. We payed 2400 THB for one night.

It was one of the worst experience ever.As I entered into the apartment there was a terrible smell of urine. Secondly, there were already a lot of mosquitos and the blankets as well as the bed sheets were dirty and smelled awful.Thirdly, if you wanted to reach the apartment you had to walk through a street that was full of dogs’ feces.

I would say this is probably a two-star guest house I was a little bit disappointed when I arrived it is a little worn but because of the location in the price point I ended up really enjoying my time there. I require a flat screen TV air conditioning refrigerator and coffee maker and good Wi-Fi and it checked all the boxes. It is located right on the main drag about five hundred meters from where the ferry let you off at the pier. The Wi-Fi here is faster than any Wi-Fi I've ever experienced at any hotel that I've ever stayed at it was brilliant. The two girls in the office are really fantastic staff friendly despite our language differences they understood anything I needed they helped me with absolutely great staff they are a very big asset to the business. Thank you I will be using your location again in the future for sure

The price was quite low comparing to other hotels on the island. Not too far from the beach and convenience stores. Have free coffee and tea. The rooms were fine, friendly staff. Have something like veranda near each room, so nice having breakfast there.
