Rooms still ok, but little old for 4000b/night. Most serious thing is that people working in the reception (or near by) HATE western customers. I have been living in Thailand and visit here hundred times, and the man in the "lobby" with the small child have so much anger and bad mouth about "farangs". My son is half Thai also, and understand perfectly thai, and keep askin from me that why that man teaching for that little kis so bad words. Hotel is nice, but maybe "farang is not so welcome. My last time anyway.

strength :- The hotel is next to Sai Kaew Beach.- Convenient travel to 7-Eleven and restaurants.- There is a balcony where you can sit all day, shady, not hot.- Around the hotel is cleanweakness :- The bathroom smells very musty. The door should be improved to UPVC and the wood in the bathroom should be replaced with tiles.- The cleaning staff made a model to show that they had already done it. Because the smell of rat urine in the bathroom was still there until we had to clean it ourselves.- The shower and hanger are attached incorrectly. Turn on the water and the water shoots up like a geyser. I think the mechanic installed it incorrectly and the employee didn't inform the owner.Disadvantages that are not impressive:.... The hotel should have rules about what time guests can sit and drink or eat. Because the day we went to the opposite room and drank loudly until 3:30 a.m. We already informed the hotel and even the guard didn't come to look (very loud). In the morning the hotel page admin came to read the message we sent from 1-3 a.m. but could only read.... Not a single word of blame This is something the admin should improve.

Instead of a hotel beach, a speedboat pier! There are no toiletries in the rooms except shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The room cost almost 4000 baht per day.The staff is very polite and responsive.There was a plus in the location of the hotel, but you can’t swim on the beach because of the speedboats that travel all day and come to the hotel beach.

You can access via the tourist centre opposite saikaew villa.Rented a motorbike here and they're very nice and assuring. Left a deposit of a Driving License and requested a receipt to specify whole day rental ends the next day, to which they obliged.Motorbike was in good working condition. They even topped up fuel to ensure it was full before taking off, and had a fuss free return.Allowed me to deposit my stuff when I returned the motorbike to explore the island

Very good. 20 million chickens. It's really a very good place to stay. The owner is very attentive, clean, quiet. Went to stay for the first time and was impressed. The accommodation is next to the beach, very spacious, very private. The price is good. Went with my family, father, mother and 3 sons. The children said they really liked the accommodation here. I'm very impressed and will definitely stay again.

The accommodation is in a very good location. The friendly price compensates for the fact that some things deteriorate over time. Convenient for people stuck at 7-11. There are beach chairs for guests to use. And there are a lot of shade trees to help block the sun, making it very shady. Better than other places that use umbrellasThe young lady at the counter is cute and hospitable. As for the maids, they can't really communicate in Thai. causing some services to not be as smooth as they should beThe most difficult thing is that there are a lot of mosquitoes, probably because the accommodation has a lot of trees. It is recommended to use mosquito repellent spray.

Everything is good. Starting from the customer service staff, maids, and cleaners. And the beach caretaker and trampoline were very impressed. Don't just base your decision on guest reviews. Open your heart and come use the service yourself. You will know that what your mouth says is not as good as what your eyes see. Thank you to all employees. And all the officials in the park too 😇😇😇

A very good place to enjoy the standard resort of a Thai island. Not too noisy and not too quiet. I can play and rest in a good way.It was difficult to know how many power card boxes I should put in to attach the cooler. I was confused as to what to put in it because I left it on with the door unlocked.This is just my impression.

Simple but very clean and cheap! 1 min from the beach! With trees and palm trees and deck chairs! Foreigners only pay 50 thb for a deck chair!

The location is about a 10-minute walk from the pier, or you can take a double bus to the door. All rooms are wooden bungalows with poor sound insulation, and there is no breakfast.The wifi signal in the room is weak.
