Great escape to silence. Simple huts. Lovely owners. Good food. Good service. Kettle and fridge.Yes, the reggae party can be heard. We stayed in cabin 1, so a little further west, which made a difference.Otherwise it is lovely silent, without the usually bad music played 24/7 in many other places.A little more love for a good interior would be appreciated. We will be back.

A nice place for people looking for peace. Located basically at the end of the world, there is a restaurant with good food, although with service problems (long wait, not everything served). Helpful and very communicative owner and owner. Unfortunately, the lights in the restaurant are turned off at 9 p.m., so there is no place to sit at the table in the evening. It was a problem for us because we were a larger group (4 families). The beach is wide and almost empty:) working wifi, you can do laundry on site.

Lovely place! Situated on one of the best beaches on Koh Payam. Nice clean contemporary bungalows. I actually think they all have at least some sea view. First row of course but even second row. The manager and staff are fantastic so nice and helpful. Food is excellent and good value.

One of the worst places I've stayed at in a long time. 3500 for a room with A/C is more expensive than the Hyatt in Bangkok! Location is at the end of the beach so a motorbike is a must however they have a very poorly maintained driveway of around 500 meters mostly sand so you need to be very careful. The rooms are old and a bit dirty too. There are other hotels which are cheaper and more centrally located on the beach so make sure you do your research before booking.

Over priced with poor facilities. No A/C room is 2500bhts. It’s not cheap but they don’t give you A/C. The A/C room is 3500bhts per night but if you leave A/C on then leave the room, they will fine you 500bhts. They use misleading advertisement pictures for booking sites. Please be careful when you book because “non cancellation” policy. Phayam lodge and CEDE are close by and they are much better facilities with good prices. I wish I could research better. Never mind. I’ll never stay this place again. Lastly, the manager is so rude. This place (especially the manager) forgot “the land of SMIlE”…. Very very sad….***** P.S *****I did NOT have “breakfast or coffee” at La ong lay’s restaurant because their restaurant looks unprofessional so I researched the best coffee and breakfast place where is called “ Bilbo’s. Their coffee is amazing and good price!! Also their breakfast menu was very good. The customer service was great.

This has to be one of the worst hotel/bungalows I have ever stayed in and I have travelled Thailand for more than 15 years. Avoid it if you can. …

Please see the attached picture of “real room facilities” before you book and pay. I was stupid because I didn’t research enough and I saw their misleading advertise pictures. …

The place to stay is quiet, beautiful view, good atmosphere, private. Should come in early April, it will be low season. In the afternoon, the weather will be hot in the accommodation if you sleep in a room with a fan. There is free snorkeling equipment, kayaks, etc., plus you can go snorkeling to find nemo fish every day. 4 nights here is very fun.

The owners are absolutely friendly. The bungalows are clean and the view of the sea from the bed is an absolute dream. Here you can simply unwind for a while.I would particularly like to highlight the food, which is always freshly prepared and tastes phenomenal. We were blown away after every meal!Crystal clear sea, beautiful wide beach in the “off season” at the end of March, little visited - the beach is never overcrowded. Gladly again :)
