I made a long trip to the island to stay at their Bungalow for my family and booked one month in advance with confirmation. When I arrived for the check-in, they admit they deleted my reservation and didn’t propose me a proper solution. Not reliable nor professional.

The best place to stay in Ko Phayam. The first resort in Ko Phayam and you can tell that Gilles and Phatchara have chosen the most beautiful spot on the island. Beautiful beach and very comfortable bungalows. Very relaxing atmosphere. The family and the staff are very friendly and the food is very good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this magic place.

A quiet resort with plenty of space between the bungalows - all with sea views. For us the most beautiful facility on the island!The service and restaurant is mainly provided by family members. Many opportunities remain unused!

This is one of the longest running resorts on the island established by a French-Thai couple occupying the most enviable location on Ao Yai Beach, away from noisy bars yet within easy walking distance of shops and local eateries, some of the best surf found right out front. The well-maintained garden is paradise, numerous trees providing ample shade for the bungalows ranging from low-cost to deluxe options, the generous spacing between units guaranteeing an unusual amount of privacy. We spent several weeks in a budget hut, which was clean, well-equipped and spacious, far better value than comparable lodgings we had previously used on Phayam. The old-school approach of not working with portals attracts many repeaters and long-term travellers, accordingly creating a very agreeable cheerful atmosphere, the food being delicious and sunset cocktails in our opinion the very best on the island. Last but not least we would like to thank the entire charming staff, especially Noi and Rambo, who made us feel welcome right away despite being walk-in guests. We are looking forward to our next visit in the near future.

We were here to have some Cocktails, and what should i say: You sit right at the Beach, the drinks are very nice especially the Frozen Mango Daiquiri and the staff is really friendly and welcoming. I defenitely want to come back 😊

My experience dates back to before Covid but it’s the same family so I’m sure the atmosphere is still just as good. Several types of bungalow depending on your budget, a magnificent site and excellent meals. Wonderful memories for me

Great accommodation with cabins in different designs and prices, from 600-3000, depending on size and standard.Quiet complex almost at the end of the beach.Rambo cooks very tasty & the entire service is super friendly & helpful.Large garden & distance between the huts. Some platforms in the garden & on the beach to relax.Absolutely recommended 😸

Beware of scammers!!! Lies and rents out bungalows multiple times!I reserved a bungalow for the beginning of January 2023 in June 2022 and had it confirmed in writing. As agreed, I contacted the owner “Gilles Phatchara” again at the beginning of December. Apparently he had a problem with his computer and June's booking was no longer there! HaHaHa .... He then reserved a bungi in the 2nd row for me instead of the beach bungalow in the 1st row... at least according to his renewed written confirmation in which he also attached photos and a detailed description of the location of the bungi. When we arrived on site on January 3rd, 2023, the reserved bungalow was already rented! Of course, nothing else was free at the time. He wasn't really upset about it either, he just acted stupidly......We strongly advise against booking! There are other nicer bungalows on this beach with honest owners.

The owner is kind and friendly. Stayed for 4 days and was very helpful. Beautiful view, calm, beautiful beach Strong waves are great for surfing. In the evening when the tide is low, you can take a leisurely walk, get out and watch the sunset, it's very beautiful and anyone who likes surfing activities is very suitable.

Bungalow 2nd row sea view was too expensive without breakfast. Eating and drinking has to wait a long time. Very little water in the shower. Rooms never cleaned for 3 days and 2 nights for the price is not good. But the beach Ao Yai is very beautiful.
