No bed bugs as we always check with our UV torch.The view is not great but not awful (close to the back of shops but also a beautiful view of the hill in front).WiFi is ok too - speed test at roughly 30MBPS down and about 15 up. Had some buffering of YouTube videos so maybe there's an inconsistency there.The shower works perfectly and the room is clean. The breakfast was a traditional Thai breakfast - though the plates were small, it is a buffet. It's a 4 minute walk from the bus station so it's really convenient and doesn't require a taxi or tuk tuk, even when we were carrying loads of luggage.The staff called a company to book the taxi and speedboat to koh phayam too, which was welcomed since the ride hailing apps don't seem to operate here (at least the ones we tried!)The hotel was quiet and the A/C worked perfectly. It doesn't have an auto function but, for those who get warm overnight, it's got a very quiet setting. There's plenty of space in the room too for both storage and the bed. We ended up in a bedroom that had space for a third person too. The hotel itself was fairly empty when we went, even though there are probably only 16 rooms in total.

Fairly new and clean hotel. Large parking lot in front. Request a ground floor room if you are busy or have difficulty with stairs as there is no elevator. The staff does not speak English very well. A little out of the city center but there is a 7/11 a few meters away as well as several small restaurants. There is also the bus terminal just around the corner. The bed is comfortable and clean. In the room there is a kettle, coffee, cups, glasses, a small fridge, water, a hair dryer, clean towels, a television, tissues, a safe, air conditioning, slippers and a wardrobe. Breakfast is from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Good location, good service, near restaurants Convenience store, the room is still new and clean, the water is strong, the service is good. When entering, there is rice porridge and Patongko. Internet is usable, not bad.
